This is a concept for a  streetcar route that stays entirely within Kentucky without connecting to the Cincinnati streetcar.

This means it would require its own maintenance facility, but if streetcars of the same same make as the Cincinnati streetcar (CAF Urbos 3) were procured to run the route, then perhaps Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky could share personnel and maintenance somehow. 

This route would require two directional travel on several streets that are currently one-way such as on Fourth Street in Covington, on Fifth Street in Newport and Monmouth Street in Newport.
